The motif is machine-embroidered into the fabric, then held by tensioned thread alone — no stiffener, no stabiliser, no backing. Made to order, one atelier, never a warehouse run. Motifs change run to run: animals, geometry, lettering. Black satin, white satin, black suede, brown faux fur. The Tiger in suede is a founding run of 20 — numbered, never repeated at this price.

The Monolit Method
Every piece starts as embroidery, not a print. The motif is machine-embroidered into the fabric and held by tensioned thread. No interlining. No backing. Same construction as BESTIA from Migula Studio — the frame just changed. Instead of a shirt, a pillow someone sleeps on.
The tension is the only decision that cannot be undone. Too little and the motif lies flat. Too much and the ground tears. I set it by hand, once, on every piece.

Draw what you want. A monogram, a crest, a motif outside the collection — whatever you can draw, I embroider into the fabric and hold with thread. You see the drawing before anything is stitched.
Initials & lettering
Up to 16 characters, machine-embroidered into the reverse of any piece in the batch. Same method as the motif — embroidered, not printed. Added to a standard piece.

Yes. Every piece is machine-embroidered, then hand-tensioned — no printed patterns. Nothing is made until it’s ordered, and one atelier oversees every step.
The motif is machine-embroidered into the fabric, then held in place by tensioned thread alone — no interlining, no backing. It’s the same construction behind Migula Studio’s BESTIA pieces.
Satin for most pieces. Suede for the Tiger in Suede. Faux fur for the Panther in Brown. Each is chosen because it holds an embroidered edge without fraying. The motif is machine-embroidered into that face and held by tensioned thread alone. No interlining. No backing.
The Panther in Brown is the one exception with a certified base: its cotton blend is sourced from Edentex, a cotton mill in Łódź since 1996, and is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class I certified — the strictest class, cleared for baby skin. That certification belongs to the fabric and to Edentex, not to Migula Home as a company, and it does not extend to the satin or suede used elsewhere in the catalogue.
The cover is sold on its own, with a concealed closure on the reverse. No insert is included, so you can keep the one you have.
Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron on top.
The motif holds by thread tension alone. Heat weakens it — so no heat.
A printed card ships with every cover.
Three to five working days. Nothing is cut before you order it, and one person does the cutting.
Then DHL from Łódź: one to two working days inside Poland, three to seven across the EU, five to ten elsewhere in Europe. Personalised pieces add a few days for the lettering.
Fourteen days from delivery, provided the cover is unused, unwashed and comes back in its packaging. Write to darius@migulastudio.com and you will get a reply, not a form.
If a piece arrives damaged, send a photograph within 24 hours and it is replaced or refunded in full, at no cost to you.
Personalised and bespoke pieces are made for one person and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Same atelier, same hand, different product line — Migula Studio makes garments (BESTIA), MH makes pieces for the home. If you own a BESTIA piece, the thread and the tension are the same — only the fabric and the frame around it change.
